The UAE, through its humanitarian arm «Red Crescent», a convoy of 350 food parcels, weighing 28 tons, to the area of Jawl al-Raida district in Mayfa'a, Yemen Suffering and normalizing the lives of families in difficult situations.
The beneficiaries, after receiving the relief materials, expressed their thanks and appreciation to the UAE leadership, government and people for their fraternal stance in their plight and the continuous relief efforts of the people of Shabwa.
It is worth mentioning that since the beginning of the Year of Tolerance, the UAE Red Crescent Authority has distributed 33,24 food baskets with an average of 1,888 tons and 480 kilograms, targeting 157,125 members of needy and affected families in Shabwa governorate.
