It was at 20.36 that police, rescue services and ambulance were alerted to a traffic accident on County Road 636 outside Vikingstad, Linköping Municipality. According to the police, it was a single accident in which a passenger car was filled and left lying in the ditch.
- There was a motorist who ended up on the side of the road. The person was left in the car and we made a safe withdrawal. The person is now taken to a hospital and we are in the process of being wound up on the spot, says Peter Holm, internal commander at the rescue service.
According to the rescue service, there will no longer be any traffic disturbances at the site just after 9 pm.
