Seventy-seven Palestinians were injured as a result of the suppression of the Israeli occupation forces participating in the activities of Friday 80 of the marches of return and breaking the siege weekly east of the Gaza Strip.

The Palestinian Health Ministry said that 31 demonstrators were hit by live bullets, while the nature of the rest of the injuries was not clear. Thousands of Palestinians took part in "our prisoners, our families, the coming" in a number of contact points in the eastern Gaza Strip.

The Supreme National Authority affirmed the continuation of its popular activities condemning the Israeli siege imposed on Gaza.

It called on the international community to pressure the occupation authorities to lift the suffering caused by the siege on the Palestinian people.

The commission called for the widest public participation in Friday's protests under the slogan "Down with the Balfour Declaration", the anniversary of the British Balfour Declaration that paved the way for the establishment of the State of Israel.

Since March 2018, Palestinians have been participating in return marches near the fence separating eastern Gaza from Israel, demanding the return of refugees to their towns and villages and the lifting of the blockade. The Israeli army represses those peaceful marches violently, resulting in the death of more than three hundred Palestinians, and injuring thousands of different injuries.
