The head of the DPR called the condition for the implementation of the Minsk agreements

The head of the DPR stated that Kiev “is not going to implement the Minsk agreements and seek peace”, but instead “busts and dodges”.

Pushilin believes that the Minsk agreements can be implemented only "subject to the dissolution of all power structures in Ukraine and the dismantling of its sick statehood."

“The Ukrainian state should be eliminated as illegitimate, since it was created as a result of a coup and external intervention in 2014. And it continues to be controlled from without. It is necessary to re-establish a new, truly independent Ukraine, ”he said.

Earlier, the spokeswoman for the representative of Kiev at the talks on the Donbass, Daria Olifer, said that Ukraine was ready to fulfill the political part of the Minsk agreements only after the dissolution of the self-proclaimed DPR and LPR.
