The alarm came at 20.52 on Monday evening. This applies to a four-storey house on Kanslihusgränd in Östersund.
At 21.06, SOS Alarm states that rescue services have arrived, but cannot see any fire from outside - it is stated to look calm on the spot.
The emergency services are investigating what caused the fire alarm. Police have also been alerted to the scene as well as an ambulance.
