It is the balance sheet of the maxi-drug operation (called "Sottosopra") conducted by the Brescia Finance Police under the direction of the Bergamo public prosecutor. The arrests were carried out between Brescia, Bergamo, Monza, Reggio Emilia and Bolzano.
