The information that the security-creating measures taken after the threat to Norrstrandsskolan is maintained this week came out in a message to parents. In the message, the school management states that:

- Our assessment is that the day has been calm and that our efforts have been felt to create security. We therefore plan to allow the efforts to continue for the rest of the week. Cared for pupils will not be in school.

On Wednesday, police were present at the school and the school has been guarded by security guards. Also on site were "Young people for safety" and extra school staff. In order to further increase security, access to the school premises has been limited.

- We have had a limited number of entrances open and extra staff have been in place all day, writes school principals Anna Hjärpe, Bert Falk and Sofia Hedberg in the message to the parents.
