Jamaican Shelly-Ann Fraser-Pryce, a two-time Olympic champion and three-time world champion in the women's 100m, impressed in the playoffs at the Doha World Championships (Qatar) on Saturday.

Fraser-Pryce, who gave birth to a son in August 2017, won his race in a very fast time (10.80, -0.2 m / s of wind) despite a clear easing on the last third, to qualify for the semifinals that will precede the final on Sunday.

"These are my first Championships (since the Rio Games, ed) I am very happy to be back, I'm just doing my best," said the Jamaican.

All the other favorites secured by winning their series: Jamaican Elaine Thompson (11.14), Britain's Dina Asher-Smith (10.96), Ivorian Marie-Josée Ta Lou (10.85) and Dutch Dafne Schippers (11.17).

Only French entered, Orlann Ombissa-Dzangue finished 5th of its series and does not pass in semifinals.
