“The next steps are a meeting in the Norman format, and I believe that at this meeting we will be able to solve many key and really complex elements of the Minsk agreements,” the head of state quotes Interfax-Ukraine.
According to him, the “Norman summit” will discuss the “Steinamer formula”, as well as all points of the Minsk agreements.
As Zelensky noted, at the talks on the implementation of the Minsk agreements, Ukraine will fight to protect “every drop” of Ukrainian national interests.
“You know that I did not sign the Minsk agreements. But we all understand that responsibility is now on me. Nobody removes this responsibility, because it is our country with you, ”he added.
Earlier, the French Embassy in Ukraine said that the French leader Emmanuel Macron pays "very great personal attention" to the meeting of leaders in the Norman format.
As indicated in the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Ukraine, Zelensky is ready to meet in the Norman format.
