Pompeo said the US wants to negotiate with Iran

The Secretary of State noted that US President Donald Trump is ready to meet with the leadership of Iran.

“We want to resolve this with the help of diplomacy,” Tass quoted Pompeo as saying.

Earlier, the head of the US Foreign Ministry called Iran’s current behavior unacceptable.
