The creation of such an agency involves a draft law “On Amending the Budget Code of Ukraine”.
The agency should become the central executive body with special status and will report to the Ministry of Finance.
Earlier, the Ministry of Finance of Ukraine reported that the state debt of the country in July rose to $ 82.4 billion.
