The most unsafe countries for tourists recognized El Salvador, Nigeria, Yemen, Venezuela and Honduras.

The report also presents country ratings for other indicators of tourism competitiveness, including health care, the labor market, the environment, price competitiveness, infrastructure development, and the richness of natural resources.

In March, it was reported that Finland topped the ranking of the happiest countries in the world in 2018.

In addition, Global Finance magazine included Finland in the top three safest countries.
