He added that there will be a delegation from the German Foreign Ministry along with a large media delegation including major TV stations and major German newspapers.

He added that the visit scheduled for next Tuesday will include the meeting with Prime Minister Abdullah Hamdouk and Chairman of the Council of sovereignty Abdel Fattah al-Rhan.

"The latest developments related to the joint African Union-United Nations mission (UNAMID) will be monitored. Germany now holds a seat on the Security Council and the issues of the UN mission in Darfur are important to us.
