The Investigative Committee of the Moscow Region, together with the prosecutor's office, checks the circumstances of the death of six-year-old Vladislav Zhuravlev in a boarding school near Moscow. Two years ago, children (two boys and one girl) were taken from their mother Yulia Zhuravleva. The patient with epilepsy and cerebral palsy was identified by the middle son as a guardianship institution, his brother and sister were sent to a foster family. At the same time, they did not deprive the woman of her parental rights. Julia tried to return the children, but she was unexpectedly accused of molesting her eldest son and opened a criminal case. Now she is in jail, she faces 12 years in prison.

The grandmother of the remaining grandchildren is trying to bring them back to raise on their own, and sued the guardianship authorities. For children, the civil husband of Julia Zhuravleva, Vladimir Sidun, also fights. Last week, he called the boarding school to find out how Vladislav was doing. But he was told that the boy was buried five days ago.

History has resonated. The Children's Ombudsman Anna Kuznetsova stated that it is necessary to find out all the circumstances of the death of the child in the orphanage, to trace all the way from the removal of the child from the family, and also to find out why the boy and his brother and sister were not transferred to the father or other close relatives.

RT managed to contact the grandmother of the children Svetlana Zhuravleva, who told her version of what happened.

- How did you hear about the death of a grandson?

“By chance, five days after the funeral.” Vladimir Sidun is the father of two children of Julia, the elder Valentin and the younger Alana. Vladislav - the middle son - is not his native, he was born when Julia and Vladimir were in a quarrel.

Then the family reunited, Volodya and Yulia took turns even keeping a diary for caring for a newborn Vlad. He looked after the boy as a native, constantly called the boarding school, was interested in his health - the child is almost lying, requires constant care.

Then I also called them, they tell me: we will send you a copy of the death certificate by mail. And that’s it.

- How long have Vladimir and Julia lived together? Why did they take their children?

- They are 11 years together. They didn’t sign, they just lived like a husband and wife, rented an apartment. Julia did not work because of Vladik - he needed someone near him with his seizures and cerebral palsy. She lived on a disability pension, and we helped.

Of course, like any couples, they did not have everything going smoothly. They scolded, scandalized, even fought: Julia stabbed Volodya in defense. But they did not contact the police - they put up. After another scandal, the guardianship took the children and threatened with the deprivation of parental rights if both of them are not corrected. Vladimir and Julia stopped drinking, Julia even coded, although she is not drunk.

- Julia and Vladimir were deprived of parental rights?

- Julia kept the parental rights for children. But the children were never returned to her. Volodya also could not pick up any of them, because she and Julia were not officially married. In addition, he does not have his own housing. In June last year, they went to the registry office for the adoption of children by their father, but the registry office employees called the guardianship, and the guardianship forbade.

And formally he had even less rights on the average Vladik, because by a DNA test he confirmed that Volodya was not his father. In addition, he does not have his own housing and conditions to raise children, especially with disabilities.

As a result, the elder Valentina and the younger Alana were sent to a foster family in Volokolamsk. And Vladislav was identified for health reasons in the orphanage in Sergiev Posad. Julia regularly went there from the Odintsovo district to look after her son. And she would continue to take care of him if she had not been charged.

- Where did the charges of child molestation come from?

- According to investigators, she was inclined to the depraved actions of her eldest son Valentine. He was then 8 years old. First, the boy wrote a statement refusing to return to his mother because she allegedly spanks him. And in the second statement he added that his mother seemed to be molesting.

At the same time, the only witness spoke at the trial - a neighbor who came from Central Asia. He was threatened with a fine and deportation - for the fourth time. But after testifying against my daughter, an illegal laborer, I found out that he seemed to have received Russian citizenship.

Now Julia is in an isolation ward and can end up in a colony for 12 years, and even on such an article - it’s scary to think what they can do in the colony!

- On what grounds do grandchildren not give you?

- Perhaps the foster family is financially interested in this, because for each ward child they receive payments. At the same time, according to my information, their living conditions are worse than mine - I live in a separate apartment, I'm not old and not sick, I am only 60 years old, but they called me too old for guardianship.

Apparently, custody believes that in a strange family, where seven are on the benches, children will be better off. Orphanages are crowded, and they took my grandchildren!

At the same time, they did not even let me see my grandchildren: the guardians of Vali and Alana said that this could only be done by court order. But I almost never leave the courts: after all, I fight not only for my grandchildren, but also for my daughter.
