The man was traveling in a car when he was arrested in central Östersund, around 11 o'clock in the morning, police say. The man was arrested later in the day, and prosecutors have launched a preliminary investigation into preparation for murder.
This should be both information received and seizures made in the car that led to the suspicions. However, no person was injured.
