The Central Court number 4 of the National Court has admitted to prosecution the complaint filed by Vox against the mayors of the Gipuzkoan towns of Hernani and Oñate and against the political formation EH Bildu for the exaltation of terrorism, after the tributes to ETA members in these two municipalities.

According to Vox, the judge, in a car notified this Friday, has agreed to accumulate this complaint in the same procedure in which the complaints that the Association of Victims of Terrorism ( AVT ) filed for the same facts are processed.

Specifically, the political party denounces "tribute to terrorism" the tributes received by former ETA prisoners José Javier Zabaleta 'Baldo' and Javier Ugarte Villar after his release last weekend of July.

The formation led by Santiago Abascal emphasizes that "these actions must be excluded from all legal protection and any fundamental right of expression or freedom must decline," since they are terrorism.

The party bases its denunciation - directed to the mayors, the organizers of the acts and "to all those that had collaborated with the diffusion and publicity of the celebration" - in articles 578, 579 bis and 580 of the Penal Code and in "the doctrine of the Supreme Court and the European Court of Human Rights (ECHR)"
