The leader of the "Servant of the People" spoke about the end of the conflict in the Donbass

As he said in an interview with the newspaper Kommersant, the settlement of the situation in the east of Ukraine “is not solved by the laws.”

At the same time, answering the question about the special status of Donbass, which is just within the scope of legislative activity, Razumkov noted that this issue will be discussed in the Ukrainian parliament.

“This is the legislative part. This moment of discussion within the walls of the Verkhovna Rada will obviously also be, but in this issue, in war, it is not a question of laws. This is a matter of desire. Wishes to end this war, ”he explained.

The politician indicated that the Ukrainian side has a corresponding desire, however, according to him, not all participants in this process share a similar desire for peace.

Earlier, Razumkov said that Kiev would seek the inclusion of the United States in the Norman format of negotiations to resolve the situation in the Donbas.

Former deputy of the Verkhovna Rada, Oleg Tsaryov, in an interview with NSN, estimated the chances of the President of Ukraine, Vladimir Zelensky, to achieve peace in the Donbas.
