Boris Johnson has pledged to inject nearly 2 billion euros into the NHS's national health system. A promise that dates from his election campaign at the time of the referendum on Brexit. Is Boris Johnson again campaigning for possible early parliamentary elections?

The NHS, which has existed since the war and is the pride of the British, has become an important electoral tool. It is therefore not trivial if Boris Johnson, with the help of his former campaign leader, Dominic Cummings, now adviser to the shadow of the Prime Minister, returns to this former election promise.

In Westminster, rumors are rife about the growing possibility of parliamentary elections as soon as parliament returns. If the Labor opposition, with the help of the Liberal Democrats, the SNP and other pro-European parties, manages to vote a no-confidence motion, Boris Johnson will have no choice but to call a legislative election.

But the deadline of 31 October 2019, when Boris Johnson promised to leave the United Kingdom of the European Union at any cost, is fast approaching and Boris Johnson has only a tiny parliamentary majority.

The Prime Minister could therefore decide, as Theresa May did in 2017, to call an early general election himself, hoping to consolidate his Parliament.
