The UOC-MP called the number of religious communities transferred to the PCA

According to him, after the non-canonical Ukrainian church received a tomos about autocephaly, “insane pressure” began on the UOC-MP.

“Today it can be stated that, despite these efforts, only 36 communities of 12 thousand religious communities of the UOC have changed confessional affiliation,” RIA Novosti quotes Clement.

At the same time, the archbishop added that, based on these data, there can be no talk of any “mass transition” of the parishes of the UOC-MP to the new church.

Earlier, Archpriest Mykola Danilevich, Deputy Head of the Department for External Church Relations of the Ukrainian Orthodox Church of the Moscow Patriarchate, said that no local church is ready to recognize the new Orthodox Church of Ukraine.
