Such information, according to Rossiyskaya Gazeta, was clarified in the Pension Fund of Russia (PFR).

It is noted that the number of those who are entitled to two pensions also includes the participants of the Great Patriotic War and those who became disabled as a result of a military injury.

Also included in this list are parents and widows (not remarried) of the military who served in conscription, died or died during military service, or as a result of military trauma after leaving the service.

Citizens awarded with the sign “To the inhabitant of besieged Leningrad” also have the right to two pensions.

The publication specifies that the list can also include federal state civil servants, cosmonauts and test pilots - they receive an old-age insurance pension and a long-service state pension.

Earlier in the Pension Fund explained the new rules for indexing pensions.

On March 21, the State Duma passed a law on raising pensions above the subsistence minimum.

As indicated in the lower house of parliament, the document was prepared in the framework of the message of the head of state Vladimir Putin to the Federal Assembly.
