“The suspect in the seizure of the aircraft Pavel Shapovalov was officially detained in accordance with Article 91 of the Code of Criminal Procedure of Russia,” the IC noted.
It is indicated that in the coming days the issue of the arrest of Shapovalov and the indictment against him will be resolved.
It is also reported that the investigators did not detect explosives and weapons during the inspection of the detainee and the inspection of the aircraft.
