It is noted that the new decree prohibits the installation on passenger vehicles of professional emergency services and formations that are not part of the EMERCOM system of “devices for supplying special light and sound signals in the presence of color graphic schemes” on the car body.
In October, Putin signed a decree according to which vehicles of the Federal Penitentiary Service (FSIN) for the transportation of prisoners will be equipped with special light and sound signals.
