His Highness Sheikh Mohammed bin Zayed Al Nahyan, Crown Prince of Abu Dhabi and Deputy Supreme Commander of the UAE Armed Forces, arrived here today on an official visit to the Hashemite Kingdom of Jordan.
On his arrival at Queen Alia Airport, he was received by His Majesty King Abdullah II of Jordan, who received an official reception at the airport.
His Majesty King Abdullah II welcomed His Highness Sheikh Mohammed bin Zayed Al Nahyan and the accompanying delegation, expressing his happiness and the Jordanian people for this visit, which reflects the deep brotherly relations between the two countries and their two peoples.
The official ceremony began with the handshake of His Highness Sheikh Mohammed bin Zayed Al Nahyan, senior officials of the Jordanian government who welcomed his visit and the accompanying delegation to Jordan. The Jordanian monarch then shook hands with the delegation accompanying His Highness the Crown Prince of Abu Dhabi.
His Highness Sheikh Mohammed bin Zayed and His Majesty King Abdullah traveled to the main podium where they played the national anthems of the two countries. His Highness, accompanied by His Majesty King Abdullah, inspected a guard of honor.
Upon entering the plane of His Highness Sheikh Mohammed bin Zayed Al Nahyan, the atmosphere of Jordan accompanied by aircraft from the Royal Air Force welcoming the arrival of His Highness.

Issa Saif bin Ablan Al Mazrouei, Deputy Chief of Staff of the Armed Forces, Jassem Al Nowais, Chairman of Khalifa Fund for Enterprise Development.
The meeting was attended by His Royal Highness Prince Faisal Bin Al Hussein, Prime Minister Dr. Omar Al-Razzaz, Foreign Minister Ayman Safadi, His Majesty King Abdullah's Advisor to the King, Maj. Gen. Mahmoud Freihat, Chairman of the Joint Chiefs of Staff, Maj. Gen. Adnan Al-Jundi, Director General Intelligence and Muhannad Shehadeh, HE Mr. Mohammed Al Assas, Advisor to His Majesty the King for Economic Affairs, HE Fawaz Hatem Al Zu'bi, Chairman of the Board of Trustees of the Crown Prince Foundation and HE Juma Abdullah Al Abadi, Ambassador of the Hashemite Kingdom of Jordan to the UAE.
