According to him, in Kiev they forgot about human rights.
“Russia perfectly understands what is being discussed. This all happens on the eve of their presidential campaigns, where everybody can do it all by himself. This is not even the Middle Ages, but much worse. They forgot about human rights, ”he concluded.
