The head of entertainment in Saudi Arabia, Turki Al-Sheikh, presented a new strategy for entertainment in the Kingdom, the most important of which is to allow licenses for music and singing in cafes and restaurants.

"This is an important sector," Al-Sheikh said at a conference on Tuesday to announce the new strategy. "We will allow, in sha Allah, to issue licenses for live performances of all restaurants and cafes in Saudi Arabia as of today, for musical and musical performances, improvised comedy and hand movements."

He spoke about the atmosphere of this openness and the background of the Saudi, and said in his speech, "we were kidnapped intellectually in the past," but stressed that the body will not bring events contrary to the customs of Saudi society.

During the conference, al-Sheikh invited Saudi representatives Abdullah al-Sadhan and Nasser al-Qasabi to the theater, announcing a television act that they would soon be joining.

The Entertainment Authority announced a huge number of entertainment shows and competitions to be organized within the new strategy. She said that the theater will return more and that it will host senior Arab actors and perform famous plays in different parts of the Kingdom.

She plans to host several Western theater performances, circus shows, and musical events featuring Arab and Western singers, as well as live comedy shows. It will also produce Saudi versions of international music programs such as The Voice.

The Authority has decided to set up private yards for driving skills and organize e-gaming competitions. It will launch "entertainment tents" in 20 Saudi cities, which will include restaurants, cafes, entertainment venues and giant screens and games.

In addition to this series of events and performances, Turki Al-Sheikh announced that the Entertainment Authority will also organize a competition for the best reading of the Holy Quran and a competition for the most beautiful voice to raise the adhaan.
