"On the night of February 22 of the current year, a robbery was attacked at the asphalt concrete plant in the Novobugsky district of the Nikolaev region, which was installed by the Construction and Construction Trust No. 8 (Minsk) as part of the implementation of contracts concluded for the overhaul of sections of highways in the Nikolaev region", - said in a message on the website of the diplomatic mission.
It is noted that guard dogs were poisoned by unidentified persons, guards were beaten and tied up, and material damage was caused.
