Tour operators on Mount Everest find increasingly dead climbers because of melting glaciers, which reported several media. About 200 bodies are estimated to be buried under snow and ice in the region.

"Due to the effects of climate change and global warming, snow and glaciers are melting fast, corpses are being increasingly uncovered and discovered by climbers," said Ang Tshering Sherpa, former president of the Nepalese mountaineering association, CNN. Since 2008 alone his company has salvaged seven bodies.

Tour operators demand state support. "We can help with the salvage, but we need a government approval," said Damber Parajuli, chairman of the Association of Tour Operators.

Hundreds of climbers try every year during the season between April and May to climb the world's highest mountain Mount Everest (8848 meters) or other peaks of the Himalayas. Nearly 300 of them are said to have died, according to the BBC. According to the Nepalese mountaineering association, the cause of death is usually altitude sickness or falls. A recovery and repatriation of the body from high positions is often associated with too much effort.
