In an accident with a truck and four cars on the A 671 at Hochheim, three people were slightly injured. As a police spokesman announced, was also a property damage of several hundred thousand euros, as the cargo of the truck burned. The car had loaded cigarettes.
According to police, the truck had braked hard and then changed the track, because on the road in front of him a car had been left. As a result, there was a rear-end collision in which four other vehicles were involved.
The truck caught fire and the cargo burned. The truck and the four cars had a sheet metal damage of around 80,000 euros.
The A 671 is locked since six o'clock in the morning. Only in the course of the day, the road should be released according to police again.
