Escape attempt in Tierpark Berlin: The two monkeys Obi and Philippa have found a loophole in the fence of their new enclosure. At least one of the animals climbed onto the facade of a neighboring university.

As the Tierpark Berlin reported, the two yellow-breasted capuchin monkeys escaped in the morning. A little later, a taxi driver reported the fugitives.

One of the monkeys, unimpressed by the action, hung on the arrival of the officers at a window, as can be seen in a police tweet. Upside down, the animal was holding on to a metal box with its curly tail.

Use for our college. from # A64 in #Friedrichsfelde:
A # city monkey has broken out of #the animal park and hangs out at nearby college.
Fleeing from the police, he voluntarily climbs back to the zoo where the guards wait. End of story, nothing to add!

Obviously, the two escapees in freedom did not like it. After about an hour, they set off for a new hiding place, this time in the zoo.

There, veterinarians and carers looked for the two, who had probably made themselves comfortable in one of the approximately 13,000 trees of the zoo. With sleep aid prepared bananas should lure the two again to their domestic plant.
