Almost three months ago a cow fled from a farm in Lower Bavaria. Since then, she lives in a forest - and all attempts to capture the animal, have failed so far. Now it was spotted.

According to information from local residents, the unnamed cow lives in the southern area of ​​Geisenhausen in the district of Landshut, police said. There, the animal was seen on Sunday evening. "It's a cat-and-mouse game," said a policeman. The cow had been spotted again and again since her flight, but quickly disappeared again.

According to the information, it is difficult to capture the cow. She is now "almost wild, that makes the whole thing difficult," said the police officer. Residents also described the cow as aggressive. It should be kept at a safe distance. A veterinarian is on alert.
