This week, the students of a fifth grade class in Toulouse wanted to send a message of support to Princess Kate Middleton, who is suffering from cancer. Their English teacher shared a video on his Instagram account in which the children work together to write the prettiest letter possible.

Just a week ago, the whole world was amazed to discover a video of Kate Middleton, filmed in Windsor's garden. The Duchess of Cambridge, seated on a bench, and dressed in a sailor shirt, announced that she was suffering from cancer and that she had already started a preventive chemotherapy protocol. The sequence, lasting barely two minutes and viewed 10 million times, caused a stir in the United Kingdom but also across the Channel. Prince William's wife has received numerous messages of support from the royal family, Meghan and Harry, but also from several heads of state.

Adorable suggestions

This week, students from a fifth grade class in Toulouse wanted to send a letter of support to the princess. Their English teacher shared a video on his Instagram account in which we see him, at the board, asking his students for ideas to write the prettiest possible message to Kate. The children suggest that he write "Dear beautiful Princess Kate", "We love you", "We hope you are okay", or even "We hope you like this letter".

At the end of the video, we discover the entire letter written by the students: "Our hearts are broken. Each of us here is with you during these difficult times and we sincerely hope that you recover quickly, perhaps we read. We are also writing to tell you that we are thinking of you. You are a good princess and more than that, you are a good person. We love England and hope to visit you soon." A message that will undoubtedly warm the princess's heart.
