The two sons of the legend of French cinema, Anthony, 59 years old and Alain-Fabien, 29 years old, will be judged by direct summons for "use, conservation or disclosure of a document or recording obtained by an attack on the privacy of the private lives of others. They are accused, on January 5, 2024, in the actor's residence in Douchy, about a hundred kilometers south of Paris, of having unknowingly recorded their sister Anouchka, 33, in the middle of a conversation with their father . The two brothers then published, two days later, on their Instagram account, what they presented as the recording of a conversation between Alain Delon and his daughter.
