According to the WeChat public account of the China Performance Industry Association, the China Performance Industry Association recently released a new group standard in the field of online performances: "Online Performance (Short Video) Operation Service Requirements." Among them, the review content standards are clear. Platform operators should review and deal with content that includes but is not limited to the following violations:

  a) Opposing the basic principles established by the Constitution;

  b) Endangering national security, leaking state secrets, subverting state power, and undermining national unity;

  c) Damaging national honor and interests;

  d) Inciting ethnic hatred, ethnic discrimination, and undermining ethnic unity;

  e) Undermining national religious policies and promoting cults and feudal superstitions;

  f) Spread rumors, disrupt social order, and undermine social stability;

  g) Spread obscenity, pornography, gambling, violence, murder, terror or instigate crimes;

  h) Insulting or defaming others and infringing upon others' legitimate rights and interests;

  i) Inciting illegal assemblies, processions, demonstrations, or gatherings of people to disrupt social order;

  j) Activities in the name of illegal civil organizations;

  k) Contains falsehood, harmfulness, coercion, invasion of privacy of others, infringement, slander, or obscenity;

  l) Distort, vilify, blaspheme, or deny the deeds and spirit of heroes, martyrs, and revolutionary leaders, and insult, slander, or otherwise infringe upon the names, portraits, reputations, and honors of heroes, martyrs, and revolutionary leaders;

  m) Promote terrorism or extremism or incite the implementation of terrorist activities or extremist activities;

  n) May cause minors to imitate unsafe behaviors and violate social ethics, induce minors to have bad habits, etc.;

  o) Any other behavior that is restricted or prohibited by laws, regulations and any legally binding regulations.

  Platform operators should fully consider multiple factors such as laws and regulations, the characteristics of the platform itself, user needs, culture and industry standards set by tourism authorities, and promptly revise and improve the review standards.
