The notice stated that a major criminal case had recently occurred in Tianxin District, Changsha, and planned to collect clues from the public for a fee, along with the so-called suspects. The person’s picture and police contact information were signed as “Changsha City Police Station Tianxin Branch”.

  Moreover, the home page of his account uses "Pozi Street, Tianxin Branch, Tianxin District, Changsha City, Hunan Province" as his profile, and many other videos contain sensitive elements such as police ID, police uniforms, and handcuffs.

  After investigation, it was found that the reward notice was forged by AI. In order to attract fans and gain attention, netizen Xu collected pictures and videos of police equipment and police uniforms on the Internet platform, forged the reward notice and published false information, causing a bad impact and his behavior was serious. Disturbing social order and damaging the image of public security.

  After investigation by the police in accordance with the law, netizen Xu truthfully stated his illegal behavior, took the initiative to handwrite a letter of repentance, and recorded an apology video.

  On March 2, the public security organ sentenced Xu to three days of administrative detention in accordance with the law.
