On January 21st, an Airbus A320 aircraft of Cambodia Lanmei Airlines took off from Haikou Meilan International Airport and returned to Cambodia. This is the first overseas aircraft completed at Hainan Free Trade Port since the release of the "Overall Plan for Hainan Free Trade Port Construction" Inbound bonded maintenance business.

Part of the raw and auxiliary materials consumed in the maintenance of the aircraft is exempt from import duties, import value-added tax and consumption tax.

It is understood that the Airbus A320 aircraft is provided by HNA Aviation Technology Co., Ltd.'s Grand China Aircraft Maintenance Service Co., Ltd. to provide high-level regular inspection and maintenance work and delivered to the scene, involving more than 500 inspections and repairs of the fuselage, cabin, engine, and avionics system.
