I came to China in 2006 and came to China for love. I met my husband at the time, got married in Argentina, and later gave birth to a child.
I have been living here for 14 years now, and I am used to it.
[Commentary] The "foreign daughter-in-law" in the picture who married from Argentina to China is named Yang Qina and lives in Changting County, Fujian Province.
Fourteen years ago, she and Yang Cong, a young man in Changting, tied the knot. The couple had a son and twin daughters. The family’s life was beautiful, which was passed down in the local area.
A few days ago, the reporter made an appointment with Yang Qina in Changting, Fujian.
[Explanation] In 2004, Yang Qina met Yang Cong from Changting, Fujian, China in Buenos Aires, the capital of Argentina. The two fell in love at first sight in an event and formed a foreign marriage.
Two years later, Yang Qina followed Yang Cong and brought her newborn son to China. The name "Yang Qina" was also given to her by her mother-in-law.
Recalling the scene that had just arrived, Yang Qina told reporters that the most troublesome thing was the language barrier.

I just came to China for a month or two, and my husband started to work. I took the children with my parents-in-law and my parents-in-law every day. My father-in-law thought of going to the bookstore and buying many children to learn Pinyin and children’s story books And so on, and teach me every day like this.
[Explanation] In addition to the differences in language and eating habits, Yang Qina is a newcomer and needs to work hard to adapt.
Fortunately, her mother-in-law prepared a lot of delicious food, which made her fall in love with Hakka taste very quickly.
Today, Yang Qina has learned how to cook white chicken, stuffed tofu, etc. from her mother-in-law, and can even handle an authentic Hakka New Year's Eve dinner.

There are five or six dishes here. Every day, they have a different taste. It is very interesting. Sitting on that table and tasting a little bit, the taste is different. Later, I followed my mother-in-law and learned how to cook a little bit. .
There are plenty of white chicken, taro dumplings, and stuffed tofu.
[Explanation] After 14 years of living in China, Yang Qina gradually fell in love with this small mountain town in Hakka, and she felt China's development everywhere.

The changes in China are particularly big, and they are all positive changes. For example, the transportation is much more convenient now. The high-speed trains and highways were not very convenient before. Now WeChat Pay, you can pay with a mobile phone everywhere. , Are very convenient, I used to hold a small wallet when I first came.
[Explanation] In April last year, Yang Qina and her husband opened a self-service seafood hot pot restaurant of more than 500 square meters, and the family's life is getting better and better.

All my friends who met her and knew her said that she is very virtuous, polite, and respectful to her parents. This is more realistic.
So our neighbors, including the aunt who buys vegetables, anyway, the neighbors all know her, she is very nice.
[Commentary] Speaking of the future, Yang Qina told reporters that she will always live in China with her husband and plans to take her parents to live in China for a while.
She also hopes to tell more stories about China to her relatives and friends in Argentina.
