  [Explanation] Whether there is a bottom line for the setting of "exotic shop rules", Zhang Wei, director of the legal affairs department of Chengdu Consumers Association, said that ordinary operators need to follow the principle of "fair and reasonable" when setting shop rules. In consumer transactions, discrimination based on ethnicity, race, gender, health, appearance, etc. must not occur, and consumers must be notified in advance.
