November starts in the same dangerous line of the last weeks, with all the parameters in general triggered and it is too early to see if there are positive results after the perimeter closures and the different measures of the CCAA.

The report published this Monday by the Ministry of Health reveals

55,019 new cases confirmed since Friday

(the figures are not updated on weekends), that is, about 18,340 daily.

This is slightly higher than a week ago, when the Government reported 52,188 positives in the last three days (about 17,400 daily), and two days ago, when there were 37,889 positives in the three days of the weekend (about 12,630 daily ).

Of the more than 55,000 positives, 4,334 are diagnostic tests done in the last 24 hours.

Most of them are located in the Basque Country (790), Aragon (692), Galicia (529) and Navarra (525).

In all the CCAA they are lower than on Friday, although the cases diagnosed on Sundays tend to present lower figures than those that occur during the week.

The official count has noted a total of

379 new people who have died from the virus in the last three days

(100 more than last Monday).

Therefore, the total number of deaths in our country since the beginning of the pandemic rises to 36,257 (in the absence of including deaths in residences).

With a death date in the last week, the official count reports 777 deaths (compared to 628 in the last seven days that were reported last Monday).

By region, the one with the most deaths in the last week is Andalusia (142), followed by Castilla y León (133) and Aragon (85).
