The festival was arranged between the years 2013 to 2017 at the Moderna Muséet in Stockholm.
The business was paused in 2018 and has since sought new financing opportunities.
Corona and the difficulties in seeing the future of public events now mean that Stockholm Literature has decided to close down.

Stockholm Literature's desire was to highlight translated authorship and created encounters between literature and art.
Over the years, writers such as Olga Tokarczuk, Jamaica Kincaid and Don DeLillo participated.
The artistic council included Kristoffer Leandoer and Yukiko Duke, among others.
