Wisconsin is one of the most contested states in this US presidential election.
In 2016, Donald Trump had won with less than 23,000 votes ahead of Hillary Clinton.
Publicity
This victory was made possible in particular thanks to the support of rural areas.
Wisconsin, also called "America's Creamery," is renowned for its dairy and cheese production.
Donald Trump had promised to save family farms there.
But the reality in this small northern state was ultimately quite different: rural voters are torn between disappointment and anger on the one hand, and unfailing support for the outgoing president on the other.
Between these two camps, all links seem broken.
