- The slogan of Match TV is “All to the Match”.

How do you think, have you managed to attract, lure everyone to the "Match" over these five years?

- We are now moving on to a new slogan: "Not at the Match - not in Russian sports."

Of course, we lured everyone, and a lot of bright names came out from Match TV - from the brilliant sports journalist and showman Zhenya Savin to the same Yuri Dudyom.

All the new bright "stars" lit up thanks to Match-TV.

We invited everyone to Russian sports in such a way that the sports began to be broadcast even more not only on other channels, but also on OTT platforms.

We have instilled a taste for sports in everyone.

No one would have fought so hard for sports, sports shows, no one would have wanted to show sports so much, if it had not become fashionable, popular and interesting.

I believe that this happened only thanks to our sub-holding and the incredible team that continues to work at Match-TV today.

- I read a lot of sports sites.

And in the materials related to Match TV, I find - mainly, by the way, from the male audience - a negative attitude towards you.

Why hasn't it changed in five years?

And how do you feel about this?

- Well, first of all, it has changed.

Maybe you went somewhere wrong.

They already mention me much less, the male audience got used to me and calmed down a long time ago.

And why was it initially perceived?

This is simply explained.

Before the Match TV sub-holding appeared, sports television was a very conservative territory.

Even now I see that when we try to change something, everyone reacts very violently to it.

But I wanted to change sports television according to the laws of ordinary television: sports television should be bright, sports television should be technologically advanced.

Any changes, of course, were accepted with hostility.

This is normal, this is such an audience.

You conservative men ...

- That is, it is connected ...

- When you watch sports, you don't need a woman.

Of course, we quietly sit down next to you and serve you chips, but you look at us like this - especially if your favorite team is losing - and say at this moment (even if you are a super-advanced modern man): “Woman, know the place.

Don't bother, the man is sick! "

I, a woman, just happened to be at the center of your hurricane.

But I think that I did not interfere with you at all, and even partially helped: as an irritant, I attracted much more attention even to those things in sports that no one paid attention to.

And the most important thing is that: you understand correctly, broadcasts were, are and will be - with me, without me ... But there is also television, packaging, marketing.

Let's also call things by their proper names.

We had the FIFA World Cup and our super athletes did not receive international advertising contracts.

That is, of the superstars, the world knows only tennis players, give or take, NHL players and Olympic teams when we win at the Olympics.

- Khabib.

- And Khabib, of course.

But this is not enough!

And why?

We have many more talented athletes than the world knows about.

I always wanted the whole world to talk about our athletes.

Now you will say, "Well, this is impossible."

And I will answer you: "Listen, on Netflix everyone is already discussing Mikhail Krug!"

Content has no limits today.

There is no territorial reference.

We can be of interest to the world much more than today.

And that's what I wanted - great television success.

I cannot say that we have completely achieved everything we wanted.

But, thank God, life is long, we continue to reboot.

There are new five years ahead.

I think that a lot will still be able to change.

And if you men are offended by me, if, in your opinion, I am doing something wrong and violating some of your male rules that cannot be violated - well, forgive me, poor woman.

I always, like any woman, want the best.

- Tell me frankly, which of the decisions made over these five years was the most difficult?

- I thought you would ask me how worried I am about what they say about me.

Difficult decision?

Well, I make tough decisions all the time.

Do not forget that, in addition to being in charge ...

- Can you highlight something?

- Out of insults?

- From difficult decisions.

If you are ready to say something about insults, I will listen to you.

- You know, it's probably difficult ... or maybe it's easy to understand.

I have been in the profession since the age of 16.

For a long time already nothing affects me, really.

Someone said something there, and I'm super offensive?

Well, Vasya Utkin insulted me a lot.

So he directly insulted that, for example, it is customary for our American partners to punish such things.

But I'm okay with that.

- Can it make you cry?

- Well, no ... what are you talking about!

In our profession, nerves are an important component.

As well as a stable emotional state.

Let me tell you simply about decisions: I constantly make some responsible decisions and I worry about them all the time.

During my 45-year life, I have managed a lot not only a TV channel, but also my own business.

I know what it is like to hire people, fire them, make management decisions.

It's always hard.

Firing a person is hard.

Hiring a person and making this person fully realized is hard.

In general, taking responsibility for other people is hard.

Always.

Let no one think, you do it with a stone face, on the "poker face".

Of course not.

Then you keep replaying it in your head, you think: you did the right thing, did the wrong thing, how was it better for the common cause?

You can't get used to influencing the lives of strangers.

This is not lunch, dinner and breakfast at certain times of the day.

This is completely different - living people, whose life at some point begins to depend on you.

It's always very hard.

- I have never seen you live before this interview.

And I saw - I wanted to ask a question: if you were to draw up a guide to action, how to look at 45 at 45, what would go there in the first place?

- Here the answer is very simple, the chest is easy to open: you have to live in a regime from the age of 16.

Walk up and tell a 16-year-old girl not to drink or smoke.

Everyone is just starting to try it!

Then go to the 20-year-old, then to the 25-year-old.

That is, everything that I missed at 25, you see in my 45. I have never even had a student party in my life for me to get drunk and forget.

Many people say that I am iron, that I am like a robot.

It was just that the circumstances developed: I had to work hard, and all the time, as an athlete, I lived in a regime.

And then the responsibility only grew, grew, grew.

I always tell that in my life there were not 20 days for me to lie, spit on the ceiling and do nothing.

Never.

And the way I look is the result of the fact that I have been in the regime since childhood.

I really eat right, I really do sports, I really don't smoke, I really don't drink anything except white wine.

This all sounds wildly boring.

When I say this, people's faces wry, they look at me and think: “Well, this is unbearable, everything is lying.

Probably plastic. "

But not plastic.

It is true these boring things that I have listed.

- As for the coronavirus.

You were vaccinated, maybe you did something else on purpose ...

- I took root.

I speak about it aloud.

I was included in a group of people who participated in these tests.

I still doubted - like all of us, living people.

If I cite the number of people whom I respect and who told me: “Don't go, don't do it,” then you will understand how scary it was.

They said: "You don't know what the consequences are, no one knows what will happen after the vaccination."

I understand their fears.

Nobody knows anything at all what will happen in the world after COVID, if there will be such a world at all.

“But you did it.

- I called Margot (Margarita Simonyan. -

RT

).

She says to me: “Listen, what will happen after Covid, we also do not know for sure.

And that something will happen when you get sick is also obvious. "

When Margot and I talked about this, no one has ever spoken about the flow of second-time patients (the "secondary housing" has gone, those who are sick for the second time).

I am very grateful to Margot.

I say to her: "Well, I'm worried, I don't know."

She: “Listen, we have no choice, we work with people.

We cannot be a threat and we cannot get sick.

Therefore, inject, do not think about anything. "

I went and did it.

And I'm very grateful to Margot.

Because people get very sick.

I jumped on the last train just in time.

And I have excellent antibody tests.

Yesterday came the result with a short note: "This is the highest result."

Thank God.

- What advice would you give to those who are now in the epicenter?

- For those people who do not have the opportunity to be vaccinated yet, I want to repeat it again.

I survived the first wave without being vaccinated.

All precautions must be observed: gloves, masks.

I don’t want to tell you about any “grandmother's” methods.

But, nevertheless, no one canceled the regime, sports, a healthy lifestyle, and so on.

It takes time to research.

And this time is not enough yet.

It will take five to six years to understand how the health status of those who were vaccinated has changed.

How do those who have been ill once or twice feel.

We need monitoring.

All this is not yet available, so there is nothing to talk about.

You just need to beware now, beware and beware again.

And to protect, of course, loved ones, parents.

This is the worst thing: we walk, work, and we have parents and relatives at home.

Take care of them, be careful!

I say it again: be sure to take into account all the prescriptions that are considered some at least minimal protection.

- How has the pandemic affected your business, and what is its most important role?

Restaurant, salon ...

- Probably most of all for the restaurant.

Although we are more or less staying afloat.

Our building belongs to my partner, so it's easier for us.

Those who, unfortunately, have large lease payments and a large debt load are being closed.

I had neither one nor the other, therefore, in order to work "to zero" and provide staff, we do not need to earn so much.

I was more fortunate with cosmetics.

In general, I am more fortunate than others - I'm online.

There was, like others, no large cosmetic lines shipped offline.

Well, plus, I had no loans.

And this is a very serious test for small and medium-sized businesses.

On the contrary, I am now going to conduct the first round - I am currently evaluating the company - to raise money.

As for lectures and speeches, there are proposals.

Another thing is that I cannot agree to them, because most often I am just busy.

Filming is also underway.

Here, “Plague!

Second Wave ”, starting on October 30.

Don't miss out on IVI.

- As for the salon.

As far as I know, you gave your share to your daughter.

Have you completely retired?

- No, I go there.

Everything is much more complicated there.

People are afraid to go to salons.

You understand, this applies to all industries now.

You came to me as a huge team - thank God, everyone is healthy.

And God forbid that they were healthy, not sick.

But, for example, now I called my comrades in the editorial office, and there was no one in the editorial office, everyone was ill.

And only someone got sick, everyone is tested and goes to self-isolation.

Office people disappear.

You walk through the office - and there is emptiness.

The salon, in this sense, is the hardest to tolerate the coronavirus.

But such a business is recovering very quickly.

We have a very good landlord there.

He is very tolerant of what is happening and is very supportive of us with the reduction of the rental cost.

And the team is like that, you know.

People have been working for ten years, it's like a home business.

I didn't build a network.

This is one small salon in Copernicus.

Therefore, everyone goes to meet each other halfway to keep this business.

This is more of a family business.

Not that I'm going to multiply a lot.

- This suggests that you trust your daughter.

And I wanted to ask: do you belong to the category of people who constantly grumble about the younger generation?

- Oh no, what are you?

I love young people very much.

Listen, I have all the young people around.

Including her husband.

My husband is 33. Therefore, I am very warm to the younger generation.

When do you start grumbling?

When you realize that you have lived more than a person who, as it seems to you, makes mistakes (he may not make them).

But, conventionally, I look at you from the height of my age and think: “How can I explain to him that he is behaving incorrectly?

I know better. "

And for me - thank God, I understand that - this is an unacceptable position.

Because as soon as you start thinking that you know something better than someone else, this is the end.

You have to take your place on the bench, look after passers-by all the time and say that you know everything better than others.

I do not know anything better than others.

And in the modern world, especially in my industry, I have discussed this with many.

Today you cannot predict someone's success.

Someone will be filming an incredible series.

Will invite talented actors, super director, all this will be wildly authentic.

And in parallel, some tiktoker will take and shoot a video.

And this video will become a trend all over the world.

Today, age, experience and professionalism are no longer a guarantee that what you are doing will be recognized by society as a new trend or super event.

In my industry, this is very understandable: some 18-year-old guys appear, pick up the phone, do something - and this brings money, creates new jobs and a new ecosystem in general, which even people with such an education as do not understand me.

It's good that I understand that these rules are changing before our eyes.

There are no more rules.

- I just wanted to ask you.

You have conquered Instagram in a way.

What about TikTok?

- Here, the video has just been filmed.

I am everywhere.

Everything is not scary if it is worthy.

And you never need to be young if you want to ask about it.

You know, when a woman looks funny ...

- How to be on TikTok and not be young?

- Very simple.

You just don't have to run after what you don't understand.

For example, I have a lot of TikTok videos on the cover of Tatler magazine.

I love The Matrix.

I love Trinity, I had the nickname "Trinity".

I love Neo, I love Keanu Reeves and so on.

This is my youth.

I'm not trying to pretend I'm a Morgenstern fan.

Although Morgenstern, from a commercial and marketing point of view, is a unique example of a super successful person, musician, talented guy.

But this is not my music.

If I drink, I will not cry to Morgenstern.

And someone will cry under Klava Koku.

This is normal, this is age.

This must be accepted and understood.

I still cry, no, no, yes, under Zemfira.

Well, give or take.

And the generation of my children ...

Although, too, I see, they listen to different music very much.

But I say again: you need to understand that everything is changing rapidly, and even those who are relevant today (they are 18) are not so relevant tomorrow, because those who are 17 have come, and technologies have equalized their age.

There is no more age, do you understand?

Age was the access code.

Here, I want to work on television - "Girl, when you turn 18, then come."

Or: "Wait, you finish college - come."

This is not the case now.

16 year olds, 15 year olds, 12 year olds have their own social media.

And thanks to their social networks and their phone they become superstars.
