After the music corps had a collaboration with some freelance musicians last week, one of the outside musicians tested positive for covid-19.

A decision was then made that the Army's music corps would be transferred to home quarantine, where the musicians have been sitting since Thursday, 15 October.

- It is a freelance musician they have had some kind of collaboration with who tested positive.

No one in the music corps should be infected, says Paula Levänen, communications manager at the Life Guards.

"Is a precautionary measure"

The quarantine will last as long as next Friday, says Paula Levänen.

Meanwhile, the band will not be rehearsing together.

- It is a precautionary measure.

If I were a musician, I would take the opportunity to practice.
