He jumped out the window and fled.

On Wednesday, a 16-year-old teenager escaped from the office of the judge for children who received him in the courthouse in Lorient (Morbihan).

According to Ouest-France, the fugitive was to be presented for acts of theft in residences in the region.

Already well known to the police, the young man had seen the prosecution request his indictment and his provisional detention in a structure for minors.

He did not wait for the judge's decision.

As the police removed the handcuffs and retreated to the next room, the young man escaped the magistrate's vigilance and jumped out of the window.

He was actively wanted by the police on Wednesday evening.
