Russian nutritionist Ina Kononenko revealed the worst foods that most people eat in the morning.

According to Russian media, the expert advised excluding breakfast cereal chips from the morning diet, because they increase insulin secretion, which in turn leads to a low blood sugar level, and as a result the person feels hungry.

According to it, the list of dangerous foods for breakfast includes: muesli and breakfast cereals soaked in milk or juice.

In addition, Kononenko warned against consuming processed juices and fresh juices in the morning, as well as sandwiches and toast with jam or chocolate paste, noting that juices are rich in simple sugars.

The expert said: "Juices contain fructose, which travels quickly to the liver, and turns into fat. From here we start to gain extra weight."
