Jean-Charles Samuelian-Werve, co-founder of the insurance company Alan, is the defender of “Healthy Business” (which is also the title of the book he has just published).

His goal: to change the way of seeing things at work by combining performance and fulfillment.

His recipe has a total of three ingredients, but not the least.

First: valuing failure, which allows employees to "take risks" and "learn".

Second: no more managers.

Coaching and personal goals are there to get the job done.
