"I met parents who told me that their children go out between 2 am and 5 am so as not to get caught," says Jean Rottner.

The emergency doctor wished to recall that the coronavirus circulates "in young and urban areas".

"Young people must have an awareness of citizenship"

"It is difficult to understand the preventive measures", further argued the elected for whom "we must tell young people that it is not a problem of confinement or masks, it is a problem that concerns them as well".

Regarding the closure of bars desired by the Minister of Health Olivier Véran in cities like Marseille for example, Jean Rottner recalled that the plan put forward by the government "is territorial".
