According to the Edogawa Public Health Center, at the "Takara Food Industry Kasai Factory" in Edogawa Ward, it was discovered that a female employee in her 40s was infected with the new coronavirus on the 9th of this month, and after that, her 30s to 50s working at the same factory. Infections of four teenage employees were also confirmed one after another.
The five people work in different production lines wearing protective clothing, but the infection may have spread in the break room where they take off their protective clothing.
Since the symptoms are stable in all cases, the health center has decided to carry out PCR tests on a total of 6 people with close contact in the factory.
