Fukuoka Prefecture announced on the 9th that a total of 109 people were confirmed to be infected with the new coronavirus. It is the fifth consecutive day that the number of confirmed infections per day in the prefecture exceeds 100.
The number of confirmed infections was 57 in Fukuoka, 14 in Kitakyushu, and 2 in Kurume.
A total of 3012 people were confirmed infected in Fukuoka prefecture.
