On July 29, 2020, the shooting case of Henan "two children and one grandson" was heard in Biyang County Court of Zhumadian City, Henan Province, without a verdict in court. On February 24, 2007, in Tongshan Township, Biyang County, two sons and one grandson of Chang Guixiang were shot to death by the other party due to a dispute with others on the contracted land. The principal criminal Ma Moufu absconded to Dongguan after shooting and killing 3 people, stealing his ID card from "Li Jixin". Until September 13, 2019, Ma Moufu was arrested by the police of the Biyang County Public Security Bureau in a rental house in Dongguan City.
On July 31, a reporter from the Ziniu News of the Yangtze Evening News contacted the relatives of the Gao family who had witnessed the shooting and their attorney Zhou Zhaocheng, and learned that after "two children and one grandson" were killed, the elderly Chang Guixiang was responsible for tracking down the main criminal Ma. From the age of 65, he started running around looking for the culprit. After 12 years, after suffering on earth, he finally caught the main criminal. Now the gray-haired old man is crying with pictures of his children and grandchildren, and has decided to give up civil compensation and demand severe punishment for the murderer.

Contracted land disputes cause shootings
"Two children and one grandson" were shot and killed
The reporter learned from the China Legal Judgment Document Network that on February 24, 2007, two men and a woman from the Gao family took their two children to plant a tree on a mountain in Tongshan Township, Biyang County. Five people from the Ma family who came to the scene had a dispute.
The Biyang County Court's judgment showed that at 10 o'clock that day, Ma Moufu, Ma Mouqian, Ma Mougui, Yan Mouzheng, and Li Mouzhong carried shovels, of which Ma Mouqian rushed to the scene with a civilian shotgun. The two sides met in Dongling, Xiaogangyao, and a fight broke out. In the process, Ma Mooufu snatched a shotgun from Ma Mouqian, fired a shot in the sky, and shot Gao Molu, Gao and Gao respectively, causing Gao Mouli to die on the spot, Gao Mouli Lu and Gao died on the way to the hospital. The three people who died in the Gao family were Chang Guixiang's second and fourth sons and grandson Gao. Gao's younger brother Gao Sen and his mother were spared in the case.
After the incident, except Ma Moufu fled, the other persons involved either surrendered automatically or were arrested by the police.
Related judgment documents show: In May 2011, Biyang County Procuratorate prosecuted Ma Mougui, Yan Mouzheng, and Li Mouzhong for the crime of assembling a crowd. On September 20 of the same year, the Biyang County Court sentenced Ma Mougui to 12 years in prison, Yan Mouzheng to 11 years in prison, and Li Mouzhong to 11 years in prison for intentional homicide, and compensated the victim's family members more than 300,000 yuan.
On January 7, 2013, the Intermediate Court of Zhumadian City found that the defendant Ma Mouqian was guilty of intentional homicide and sentenced him to death with a two-year suspension of execution and restricted commutation of his sentence. On September 24 of the same year, the Henan Provincial High Court decided to uphold the original judgment.
But the number one suspect Ma Moufu has been absconding. According to reports, the police from the Biyang County Public Security Bureau went to more than 20 provinces across the country to hunt down Ma. On September 13, 2019, police captured Ma Moufu in a rental house in Dalingshan Town, Dongguan City.
The surviving Gao family tells
I was stepped on the ground by my feet, and my head was held by a gun
Gao Sen, who was lucky enough to escape from the scene, was still shivering when he remembered the scene. "I was less than 17 years old that year. The other side shot my brother, second uncle, and fourth uncle. When I saw it, I was shocked, so I ran to my mother and hugged her leg. Some Fu chased me and stepped on my head with his foot and pointed a gun at the head. Fortunately, after a few words from my uncle, they didn't shoot and a few people ran away on their motorcycles."
"After my uncle rushed over, he said to Ma Moufu,'You kill us all.' Ma Moufu took the gun and left." Gao Sen told reporters that Ma Moufu was very mad.
After the case occurred, the other four accomplices were arrested and released on bail pending trial. The principal culprit, Ma Moufu, absconded in fear of crime. "The family lost two sons and a grandson at once. Grandpa couldn't bear the shock. He died after more than a month. Grandma was also in desperation and was crying all day." Gao Sen said: "After about a month, I was arrested. Several of the people were released again (on bail pending trial). After they came out, they were very arrogant. When they saw my third uncle, they said they wanted to kill him." Gao Sen told reporters that the Gao family members were particularly afraid of being threatened. Saying that they still had a gun (which was later seized by the police), my dad sent me and my second uncle’s cousin to the field."
In the following years, the persons involved in the case continued to serve the law, and the four accomplices were sentenced separately, but the principal culprit Ma Moufu has been at large.

Since the case has not yet been transferred to prosecution, the Gao family are worried about seeing the accomplices being released on bail pending trial, and they continue to report the situation to the public, prosecutors and law enforcement agencies. "My grandmother, Chang Guixiang, was already a 65-year-old at the time. Seeing that the principal offender had escaped and the others had not been brought to justice, she felt very wronged. So she went to find people to consult with legal issues and learned. I went to read the law books myself. After that, I reported the matter to the judicial organs at all levels, including Zhumadian, Zhengzhou, and Beijing."
Gao Sen told reporters that grandma suffered a lot to reflect the problem. "The pillars of the house are inverted, and there is no source of income. Every time my grandma goes out, she only takes a little steamed buns and water and sets off. In order to save money when she is out of town, she goes to the trash can to pick up the things she brought at home. Yes, drink the tap water in the toilet when there is no water.” This kind of life lasted for several years, until the four accomplices were sentenced separately.
However, the principal culprit, Ma Moufu, has been on the run and became a knot in Chang Guixiang's heart, so she embarked on the road of chasing the murderer. "Grandma wants to ask for justice. As long as I hear someone say where Ma may appear, she will go out and look for it." Gao Sen said that during this period, the public security organs also did a lot of work. "After my family inquired about where Ma might have appeared, they reported it to the public security organs, and they took my dad to find them, and they had been to Zhejiang, Yunnan and other places."
When Gao Sen listened to his grandmother's experience of chasing murderers outside, he often couldn't help crying silently. He told reporters: "One time when my grandma went to Beijing in winter, because she didn't have the money to stay in a hotel, she had to pick up quilts discarded by people on the roadside and slept under the bridge cave. She slept for several days, and the weather at minus ten degrees Celsius can be imagined. Ah, she often wakes up from freezing." He also heard that grandma often eats only one meal a day, and when she waits in summer, she goes to the park to sleep, and she can't sleep all night when bitten by mosquitoes.
Chang Guixiang usually has no source of income at home and can only rely on farming to make ends meet, but she often suffers from insomnia all night long when she thinks that the principal offender has not been arrested. Whenever her son gave her some money, she decided to set off again. Such a life lasted until September 2019 when the police informed that the principal criminal Ma Moufu was arrested in Dongguan. After learning the news, Chang Guixiang wept loudly. Gao Sen told reporters that the whole family was very happy at the time, "It has been more than ten years, and finally caught it!"
Gao Sen told reporters that a month ago, I heard that the court was going to open the court. The 78-year-old grandmother suffered from insomnia every night, couldn’t sleep all night, and occasionally fell asleep. After waking up, she said that she dreamed of her two dead sons and grandsons. She said that my mother and grandma must redress for me.

Gao Sen told reporters that Ma's performance in the court hearing on July 29 made his family very angry. "In the court, Ma Moufu nodded and smiled when he saw his family. He was obviously nonchalant. He also laughed. This is deliberately angering our family." Gao Sen said angrily.
During the interrogation of the public security organs, Ma Moufu shot and killed Gao Mou, Gao Moulu, and Gao Mouli for his criminal acts, and never expressed regret or apology.

As the lawyer representing the victim’s family, Zhou Zhaocheng told reporters that when he learned that the “two sons and one grandson” were shot and killed at the Biyang County Court in Zhumadian City at 9:30 on July 29, on the afternoon of July 28, he Arrive at Zhumadian City High-speed Railway Station.
“I saw the old man Chang Guixiang at the exit of the station. I heard from the old man’s son-in-law that the old man came to Zhumadian two days in advance and was ready to meet me.” Zhou Zhaocheng told reporters that the old man lives in the countryside of Biyang County and it takes one and a half to Zhumadian City. I was deeply moved by the hour's drive.
"The wishes of the victim’s family members are to submit to the court in court. In order to make the criminal trial work smoothly so that the defendant Ma Moufu can receive the severe punishment of the law as soon as possible, they have decided to abandon the criminal incidental civil compensation in this court trial. The defendant Ma paid the consequences for the heinous crime committed 13 years ago, and gave justice to the families of the victims who lost three close relatives." Zhou Zhaocheng said.
During the court hearing on July 29, Chang Guixiang also rushed to the scene. When she saw Ma Moufu, she could not say much other than tears in silence.
"No matter how much money is given, three lives will not be returned." Gao Sen said that now the family has reached a consensus and decided to abandon the criminal and ancillary civil compensation, and strongly demand the death penalty for the murderer and execute it immediately.
