This Chernyshenko said during a meeting of Russian President Vladimir Putin with cultural figures.

“Because of quarantine, our citizens were forced to refuse to visit museums, theaters, concerts of their favorite artists, and now they have more than 7 million tickets, season tickets, in advance,” he said.

According to Chernyshenko, thanks to Putin’s instructions, the Russians will have the opportunity to receive money for tickets to canceled events or, if the event is postponed for another period, use a voucher for the same service, but on a different date.

“The most important thing is without any surcharges,” he said.

Earlier, Chernyshenko said that museums will begin to receive visitors from mid-July, and the work of theaters and concert halls is scheduled to resume in the fall.
